YOGA FOR ALL
Get to know the different yoga modalities. Your breath is unique in all the universe. It came with you on the day you were born and has sustained you until now. Grace and patience are the words that come to me on all levels about my practice of yoga. Coming from an athletic background, being a professional synchronized swimmer, two time world champion, and head coach of one of the best synchronized swimming teams in the nation have given me the experience, dedication, and patience needed to take a deep soul dive into the yoga journey. From the abled to disabled, I am passionate about helping others through guided meditations and all aspects of yoga. Everyone can do yoga when you carry it with the breath.

YIN
Suitable for all levels. Yin Yoga-invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia.

CORE - SCULPT
Strengthening and sculpting the entire body while lengthening and stretching your muscles. Set to fun fast paced music that will energize your mind body and spirit!

AERIAL
This unique therapeutic version of yoga intended to decompress one’s spine and align the body from head to toe while stretching and strengthening one’s muscles.

GENTLE
The approach hopefully includes carefully orchestrated movements, controlled pressure, and well-measured stretches, including range of motion exercises.

CHAIR
Therapeutic practice sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. The poses, or asanas, are often adaptations of modern yoga poses
