Therapeutic Stretch
Easy & gentle therapeutic stretching and flowing poses for longevity. These poses will help to open up all the tight spaces in your body combined with breathing techniques to decompress your body and mind. This class utilizes a variety of "props" such as blocks, yoga balls, blankets, aerial hammock (no inversions) and more.
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a floor-based exercise method performed on a mat, emphasizing core, booty and arm strength that sculpts and target tones with engagement thru breath and elongating muscles. involves controlled movements designed to enhance posture and muscle tone. This class is set to fun music and will renew and energize your entire body and mind!
